This very charming studio is set in a beautiful building on Place Victor Hugo, just a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower on one side and the Champs Elysées on the other. A very commercial and elegant neighborhood, providing the ideal location for your stay in Paris.

The Space

The flat is ideally located for a nice stay in the heart of Paris. It's halfway between the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysées, on the fancy and elegant Place Victor Hugo.

Located on the 6th floor with an elevator, it offers a lovely view over Parisian rooftops. It has been entirely renovated recently with high-quality fabrics and materials, including premium quality bedding.

The apartment consists of a large main room with a particularly comfortable queen-size bed, a dedicated workspace, and an open fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, coffee maker, WiFi, etc.). There is also a small shower room with a toilet.

Getting Around

Metro station ("Victor Hugo" line 2) and bus stops are right across the street. You can also walk to Charles de Gaulle/Etoile (lines 1, 2, 6, RER A and airport shuttle), Trocadero (line 9) and Boissière (line 6).
